Movies & Mojitos for the Coral Gables Cinemateque

Tonight from 7-9, Coral Gables residents and lovers of cinema joined together for movies and mojitos at Old Spanish Village at 2901 Ponce de Leon Blvd to benefit the Coral Gables Cinemateque (CGC) which will be opening in the fall across from Books & Books on Aragon. The Coral Gables Cinemateque introduced its long-anticipated project the "Coral Gables Arts Cinema," a non-profit theater created to serve an ever-growing community of motion picture arts & sciences both in the Gables and greater Miami.

Along with Coral Gables Mayor Don Slesnick, Patrick (above) spoke at the event. Patrick is the CGC's Programming Director. MWCC board member and CGC's President, Steven Krams (below), gave a heart-warming speech to open and close the night.
